The selected files list can be sorted by file name, file size and date before you actually rename them.
This is useful when you wish to rename files date wise. You can easily copy renamed files to a single folder
in order to copy them to a CD/DVD or a flash drive.
You can specify various renaming patterns for the rename operation. Based on the pattern, the new
filename can contain alphabets, numbers and special characters. You can also remove existing characters and
spaces from the file name.
Additionally, you can also add a fixed length counter to the file name, either prefix it or suffix it.
You will need to specify the no. of digits and starting number for the counter. You can also add current date as
well as file date (modified or created) to the new filename to identify it more correctly.
You can change the case of the letters from the filename to lower, upper, toggle and title case.
